"I have no word to express this place! It was an amazing surprise! The place is located on a remote area with fruit trees, vineyards and the Douro on the background. The house was recently renovated so it is beautiful as it is very typical but modern at the same time. The personal touches given to the house meant everything and what to say about the homemade marmalade, the wine or the bread delivered at the door early morning? It was really an amazing weekend! Thank you so much."

"Staying here was really the best. Joao came to pick us up at the train station and gave us both eggs, tomatoes and wine from their property. The surrounding was beautiful, all in all it was a super lovely experience to stay here. Would definately reccomend!"

"This place is an absolute dream. It's one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. The location is absolutely magnificent, nestled in a beautiful vineyard with a jaw-dropping view to the Douro river all set up with a hammock and chairs, better than the photos. On top of the perfect location, the house itself is great, it is a beautifully renovated stone house with modern amenities, including a huge TV with access to Netflix. Very comfy beds and plenty of space for us two friends (would be great for 2 couples too). I wish we could have stayed forever!!!"

"This is a wonderful place. The location is beautiful, right in the middle of vineyards, close to picturesque towns and with breathtaking views. Hospitality is a t its best. We arrived late night on Christmas Eve night and Raquel have prepared for us a whole Christmas dinner, she did everything to makes us feel at home. The house itself is beautiful and well appointed!"
